Yes, great customer service! Bought myself the small love doll from the site. The doll was beautifully made I did have a bit of an issue with the head not staying on properly and one of the eyelashes falling off which was quickly resolved by the amazing staff. The customer service staff on finding out the issue I had with my doll was very quick on helping me and sent me a new connector piece and an eyelash repair kit free of charge. Definitely recommend and look forward to purchasing more dolls in the future.
